Workshop Manager
Due to continued business growth and fleet expansion, we have decided to implement a restructure of our Workshop operations. This will result in separating the vehicle service and maintenance from our plant, fixtures and buildings programs and we now seek an experienced vehicle workshop manager.
Based at our head office in St. Ives, you will be responsible for managing our busy workshops and existing team of fitters, who operate on a two shift pattern, whilst overseeing the efficient running of our large fleet of commercial vehicles, which include tipper lorries, skip lorries, Artics, Trailers, vans and cars.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will possess the relevant experience, retain a cool head under pressure, and be used to working to strict dead lines. Being an inspirational leader and good communicator will also be key in providing proactive organisation, management and control of our expanding fleet.
